According to consultancy firm MarketsandMarkets, the global conversational AI market size is expected to grow from $6.8 bn in 2021 to $18.4 bn by 2026, and is looking to grab a significant share of this pie. Today, it has 1200 + customers across verticals in over 85+ countries. Its platform supports 135+ languages, including English, Indonesian, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese and Russian.
