The Giants Should Use Kenny Golladay In The Postseason

The New York Giants got a glimpse at the Kenny Golladay of old in their Week 18 loss against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Facing one of the best defenses in the sport, Golladay came down with an acrobatic catch in the end zone, hauling in his first career touchdown as a Giant.

He may have shown his value in just the one play.

As the team heads into the playoffs, he might be the exact spark the team could need.

They already have an extremely weak receiving corps and Golladay is still a talented option.

This has led fans to question whether the team should use Golladay more in the postseason.

In his time with the Giants, Golladay has been a disappointment.

While he posted 521 yards in 14 games during his first season with the Giants, this season he has only 81 yards.

However, this is far from what fans expected when he signed a four-year, $72 million contract with the Giants.

Despite this lack of production so far in his Giants career, is it reasonable to completely count him out?

The Giants actually have an opportunity to use Golladay for his strength.

He is a deep threat option, and the improved play of Daniel Jones makes him a more viable choice in their offense.

This is a big reason why the team should consider giving Golladay a bigger role in the offense.

In any playoff game, teams need to rely on their talented players to make big-time plays.

With Golladay’s 6-foot-4 frame, he gives Jones a last-minute option.
