The San Francisco 49ers ended the 2022 regular season as the NFL’s best defense, at least in terms of points allowed.

Heading into the postseason, they looked like they were going to blow by their competition, with an easy path to the Super Bowl.

That is until they ran into the Philadelphia Eagles.

In their matchup yesterday, the Eagles put up 31 points and combined for 271 yards of total offense.

Although the 49ers lost two quarterbacks to injury in this game, the Eagles did what they had to do on defense, allowing their offense the most amount of time on the field.

This was nothing short of a dominating performance by the Eagles, who will now face the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.

During the regular season, the Chiefs were the top-scoring offense in the league, and the Eagles were the third.

This Super Bowl matchup is filled with narratives, which should provide for a top-notch game.

Travis and Jason Kelce will be the first set of brothers to ever face off in the Super Bowl, which should be an intense rivalry right off the bat.

The Kelce brothers have a podcast together, which has quickly become the most popular sports podcast on the internet.

They have featured both Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts on this show, which happens to be the two starting quarterbacks in the Super Bowl.

Which team will end the 2022 season as Super Bowl champion?

Although NFL fans will have to wait two weeks for this game, it is shaping up to be well worth the wait.
