Hunter Greene Comments On The Dream Series

This weekend, the MLB Dream Series took place in Tempe, Arizona.

This event features some of the best African-American high school baseball players from around the country as they come together at Tempe Diablo Stadium, the spring training home of the Los Angeles Angels.

There, they learn valuable lessons about the game of baseball and hone their skills as they prepare to take the next step.

Cincinnati Reds right-hander Hunter Greene spent some time with the players at the Dream Series, volunteering as a coach and mentor.

On Twitter, Greene commented on the experience and expressed how fun the event was and that those involved have the players participating on the right path.

Greene was nice enough to spend some time with the players at the series, imparting some of his knowledge on the young athletes.

Greene himself took part in the first ever Dream Series back in 2017.

The 23-year-old fireballer understands what it takes to get to the big leagues, but also how special of an event this is.

It’s a great way to grow the game and teach it to young players who aspire to become something bigger and better.

Character is one of many things that is taught there, and is also something that is valued far more than any ability.

Greene certainly learned valuable lessons during his time at the Dream Series back in 2017 and obviously now possesses a wealth of knowledge that he can share with the younger generation of talented baseball players.
