A Sean McVay Fact May Shock NFL Fans

Since he entered the league, Sean McVay has been touted as one of the best coaches in the NFL.
His offensive schemes and abilities to promote growth, both with coaches and with players, is nothing short of remarkable.
Oh, and he’s only 37 years old.
#Rams coach Sean McVay turned 37-years old this week.

Although McVay has been a head coach for seven seasons, he is still the youngest head coach in the NFL.
McVay has been touted as having a “coaching tree,” similar to coaching greats like John Harbaugh or Bill Belichick.
This coaching tree has resulted in members of his staff getting jobs across the NFL, from the head coach to defensive and offensive coordinator, etc.
McVay has certainly made his mark on many members of the Los Angeles Rams organization.
After winning a Super Bowl in 2021, many have speculated if McVay would retire, considering his success so early on.
At least for now, McVay is committed to the Rams for the foreseeable future.
The Rams will look to have a much better season in 2023 than they did this season.
Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp both suffered season-ending injuries, which put the team at a deficit from the get-go.
After that, the team didn’t have the same Super Bowl energy, and ended up as one of the worst teams in the NFL, finishing the season with a 5-12 record.
In 2021, the team went all-in for a Super Bowl, which ended up working out for them in the short term.
What will this team look like in 2023 and beyond, given the lack of youth on their team?
