As we get set for this upcoming week in the NBA, the Golden State Warriors have a big week ahead.

It starts for them on Tuesday night when they host the Phoenix Suns.

Golden State comes into that game with a record of 20-20 and needs to start winning games.

After coming off back-to-back losses to the Detroit Pistons and Orlando Magic, the Warriors need a winning week.

Then the Warriors head on the road after their game on Tuesday.

They have been the worst team in the NBA on the road this season, with a record of 3-16.

If they are serious about getting back to the NBA Finals, it is time for them to turn it on.

Golden State is expecting Stephen Curry to return from injury at some point over the weekend.

They are at the San Antonio Spurs and Chicago Bulls on Friday and Sunday.

Two teams the Warriors should have no problem defeating.

It just feels like Golden State is set to go on a run once they get back to full strength.

Finishing in the top four of the Western Conference is important.

Getting home-court advantage in the first round is always a bonus.

Especially with how the Warriors have played on the road this season.

They currently sit seventh in the conference and are 2.5 games out of the fourth seed.

But, they are also 1.5 games out of 12th place in the West.

So going on a winning streak, starting this week will make all Warriors fans feel a lot better about their season outlook.
